And whatever things you have been provided, it is only the enjoyment of the worldly life and its adornment; and whatever with Lord Allah is the Best and everlasting, then will you not think by utilizing your intelligence?
Adhikr is the Best Interpretation of Lord’s Book. So without It, nobody can become a believer and no deed will be accepted from them as explained in verse 2: 186. Mankind endowed with intelligence is deputed to earth as the vicegerent of the Impartial Lord. But the believer who testifies Adhikr will only become the vicegerent of the Lord. He will only lead a lifestyle as explained in verses 7: 205-206. Whereas the 999 out of 1000 Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are deaf, dumb, and blind towards Adhikr. So they are denoted as the worst creature who don’t utilize their intelligence as explained in verses 8: 22.
